SHIPPING
To provide a smooth internet shopping experience, TURN ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your online stock purchase will be in the mail within one business day after the payment is confirmed (does not apply to myTURN custom orders). You can select your preferred shipping option offered by UPS at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. TURN reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent and will be reported to proper authorities.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing your TURN order. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as it varies around the world.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services are not guaranteed to ship same day if the order is placed after 2:00pm EST.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a full credit, replacement, or refund.
If your return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the item must be in an unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
To ensure efficient processing, all returns must include:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Email associated with the order
Failure to include this information may delay your return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To submit a return request:
- Log in to your account using your email
- Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email
- Select the order you wish to return
- Choose the item(s) and return reason
- Submit your request
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Turn Gymnastics Apparel reserves the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and whether it will be replaced, repaired, or credited to the customer’s account.
Returns for defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
For health and safety reasons, all worn apparel returned for any reason must be laundered prior to return. Non-laundered garments will be cleaned by us, and a $10 charge per garment will be added to your account.
Please refer to garment washing instructions to avoid additional fees.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Closeout items
- Event sales
- Sale items
- Custom products
Custom garments are not returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
