But as all eyes turn toward Jakarta, we also recognize the importance of protecting the places that inspire us. That’s why TURN is proud to partner with CleanHub, an organization working directly in Indonesia to stop plastic waste before it reaches the ocean.

Why CleanHub?

Indonesia is home to some of the most vibrant coastlines and communities in the world, but it also sits on the front lines of the global plastic pollution crisis. CleanHub partners with local collection hubs and organizations across the country — from Bali to North Sulawesi — to gather and process non-recyclable plastic waste that would otherwise end up in the environment. This model not only helps protect ecosystems but also supports local jobs and community education. It’s a hands-on, measurable way to make change.

Our Shared Impact So Far

Thanks to our sponsorship with CleanHub, TURN has already helped collect and safely process over 5,000 lbs of non-recyclable plastic waste — keeping it out of Indonesia’s oceans, rivers, and villages. That’s 5,000 lbs less pollution in the places where athletes train, communities thrive, and fans will soon gather to celebrate the 2025 World Championships.
